Dhaka: The first indoor cricket of Presidency University concluded Sunday with Six Devils emerged as the champions and Dream Factory runners-up on 29 June ,2013. The Six Devils beat Dream Factor by 30 runs in the final held at Gulshan campus of the university.

Shawon of Civil Engineering Department became man of the match in the final while Gilbert of School of Business man of the tournament.

Former national cricketer Javed Omar Belim witnessed the final as chief guest and handed over prizes to the champions and runners up teams.

The prize giving ceremony was presided over by Prof Dr. Muhammad Mahboob Ali, Vice Chancellor of the Presidency University.

It was also addressed, among others, by Lecturer SM Abdus Shakoor, who was the key organiser of the cricket festival.

VC Prof Muhammad Mahboob Ali told the function that while sports play an important role in friendship and fraternity, it also make young generation competitive to sustain in the competitive world.
