A Freshers' Reception of MBA and EMBA Program of Spring Semester-2013
was held on 1st March in the Aman Conference Hall of Presidency
University from 4 pm to 6pm.
In the program, Head, School of Business and Eminent Financial
Economist Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahboob Ali, Chairman, Presidency
University Foundation and Eminent Industrialist Moazzam Hossain and
Member, Presidency University Foundation and Eminent Industrialist M.
Amanullah were present.
Moazzam Hossain observed that in order to cater the need of economic
progress, the country must put emphasis on effective and efficient
human resources. As such, knowledge based education is necessary. M.
Amanullah observed there was no substitute for quality education.
Among others, acting Vice Chancellor Prof. Tapan Kumar Chakraborty,
Dr. Mohammad Nazmul Islam, Registrar In-charge Rashida Akter, Y.M.
Rafiqul Haq, Dr. Tarun Tapan Dhar, M. Yasin Bari and S.M. Abdus Shakur
were present.
The program was coordinated by student of Business School, Humayun
Rashid Abir. The program was followed by cultural program.
