A Two-day International Workshop on Research Process and Publication


The Moazzam Hossain School of Business, Presidency University,
conducted a two-day workshop on research and publication on 10-11
January at Aman Conference Hall,Gulshan Campus .

Around fifty guests from different universities, banks, insurance
companies and mobile phone companies from Bangladesh, India and
Australia attended the programme, titled “International Workshop on
Research Process and Publication.”

The chief guest in the closing ceremony, held on 11 January , was Moazaam
Hossain, Chairperson, Presidency University Foundation, and the
special guest was M. Amanullah, a member of the foundation.

It was chaired by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mahboob Ali, head of school of
business, PU.

The chief guest in his speech commented that research benefits both
the producer and the customer, so it bears immense importance for any
service-oriented organisation.
M. Aamullah observed that research will help to attain a knowledge
based society.


Among others, Prof. Tapan Kumar Chawkraborty, vice chancellor
(in-charge) of PU, Prof. Mohammad Ziaul Haque, faculty in Monash
University, Australia, Prof. Dr. Md. Anwarul Islam, department of
marketing, University of Dhaka, Y.A.M. Rafiqul Haq, assistant
professor and BBA program coordinator, PU, Rashida Akther, registrar
in-charge and M. Yasin Bari, director (admin) also spoke on the
occasion.
