Presidency University organized an annual cultural evening and Daylong Picnic-2012 in the Fantasy Kingdom recently. In the picnic 550 number of students, faculty members, officers were participated. Three faculties of the University - Azimur Rahman School of Engineering, Moazzam Hossain School of Business, Samsul Alamin School of Liberal Arts & Social Science took participated.Besides wholeday program, a cultural evening was organized. Students of the University performed there. The program attracted not only students of the University but as well as other visitors of the Entertainment park. The program was addressed by Prof.Dr.Anwar Hossain , Vice Chancllor of the Univeristy. Among others Prof.Dr.Muhammad Mahboob Ali, Head,School of Business, Dr.Mohammad Nazmul Islam, Head, Dept. of Civil Engineering and Shibli Ahmed Khan, Head, Dept. of English were present. S. M. Abdus Sakur conducted the cultural program. Lion share of the cost of both the program was donated by the Chairperson of the University Mr. Moazzam Hossain.
