General Information

Mohammad Sarwar Alam is serving as a Research and Reference Officer (Additional District and Sessions Judge) in the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, attached to the Honourable Chief Justice of Bangladesh. He is responsible for drafting judgments and orders in civil, criminal, and company matters; conducting extensive legal research; searching national and international case laws; preparing case briefs and research notes; and assisting the Honourable Judges of the Appellate Division in complex legal matters.

He is a member of the Bangladesh Judicial Service and has extensive experience in civil, criminal, family law, and alternative dispute resolution matters.
